Industrial quality HF spindle system that will run on an LPT connector to control the on/off and spindle speed functionality. This spindle can be controlled with the STECRAFT machine directly if the correct adaptor cable is also purchased. This spindle is self cooling, fully balanced and has double angle contact bearings of very high quality. This is an industrial grade three phase motor system The spindle is driven by industrial Variable frequency drive (VFD). The VFD has overcurrent, over temperature and other important safety features to help protect your motor over the course of its life. We have been using VFD's in our commercial machines for years.

The Industrial quality small HF spindle is designed to give an industrial spindle option to the STEPCRAFT D series. The spindle is also applicable in a number of other applications in other machines.

  • The spindle is a three phase AC industrial motor and is driven using a variable frequency controller. The system is exactly as its summarised - it is a minature industrial CNC spindle that retains all the performance and reliablity of the larger spindle systems of this type. 
  • The INDUSTRIAL motor is a three phase AC motor with full industrial operation in mind.
  • The variable frequency controller and high quality AC mains power components allows fully fused over current and over temperature protection of the motor
  • The spindle is  manufactured, tested, balanced, tested again and rebalanced. 
  • Any customers who have used this system have rated the performance much higher than any other spindle in this class.
