PLH3D-Series Lens Adjuster for High-Resolution Lens

This is a tool designed for adjusting the focus of the laser beam on our PLH3D-Series with the High-Resolution Lens. It is valuable to quickly change the focus of the beam when a different working distance or focus spot size is desired, often depending on the material properties or other constraints of the application.

This accessory tool is intended for adjusting the focus of High-Resolution 450 nm Mounted Triplet Lens, which is included with many of our PLH3D-Series laser heads, as well as available as a separate accessory.

It is useful to quickly change the focus of the beam when a different working distance or focus spot size is desired, often depending on the material properties or other constraints. A smaller beam spot (shorter working distance) is often used for higher resolution engraving, higher speed engraving, cutting materials that are either, or any time a higher power density is preferred. A larger beam spot is typically favored for engraving a wider line, cutting a thicker material or when a longer working distance is needed.
